Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the planning, coordination, supervision, training and handling of the management work of the Human Resources Department.
2. Prepare the company's human resources planning, job quotas and job responsibilities.
3. Formulate various rules and regulations of the Human Resources Department and supervise their implementation.
4. Performance management, and supervise the implementation of assessments.
5. Prepare the "Annual Training Plan" and supervise the implementation of various departments.
6. Employee recruitment, onboarding procedures, file management, employee roster updates, labor contracts, agreement signing, regularization, transfer, contract renewal, resignation and other procedures and labor relations.
7. Social security, provident fund, commercial insurance increase and decrease, annual labor security supervision written review.
8. Arrangement and deployment of major external visiting activities; drafting and issuing of external affairs liaison and various administrative notices.
9. Execution and statistics of monthly performance appraisals of each department.
10. Training on the new employee induction system, assisting in organizing company department training and centralized management of company training files.
11. Auditing of office hygiene and weekly morning meetings.
12. Timely increase and decrease of social security, provident fund, and commercial insurance, and annual written review of labor and social security supervision.
13. Company cultural activities, including: annual meeting arrangements, cultural and sports activities, update of bulletin board content, etc. (including major internal meetings of the company).
14. Company wall posters and corporate culture construction management.
15. Employee attendance (including the classification and sorting of leave notes for all employees in the factory, annual and adjustment leave, overtime application notes, and donation lists), salary accounting, leave management, overtime management review, and daily salary and welfare accounting work.
16. Office workstation management, employee parking spaces, business cards, employee access cards, etc.
17. Company vehicle maintenance, annual inspection work, and facility equipment repair management.
18. Monthly registration of office supplies and work clothes purchase, use, distribution, and storage.
19. Collection, distribution, storage and control of system documents, and conversion of the format of controlled document archives.
20. Cooperate with factory safety officers to handle company security inspections and data file updates.
21. Various administrative tasks, including leasing docking, decoration, environment and safety, front desk reception and other administrative tasks.
22. Monthly: office supplies procurement, gas card recharge, mobile phone number recharge business processing.
23. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Overall planning of the company's human resource development strategy (including change management), formulation of human resource planning plans, and supervision of implementation.
2. Formulate human resource-related strategic goals and talent strategies based on the company's overall strategic goals; cooperate with the CEO to organize various departments to decompose the company's strategic goals, and form annual goals and annual assessment indicators for each department; cooperate with the chairman to formulate mid- and long-term incentive plans for senior executives.
3. Build and improve a human resource management system that adapts to the company's development, establish a human resource management model (including recruitment, performance, training, compensation and employee development systems), strengthen the professionalism and standardization of human resource management, and be responsible for supervising and guiding the implementation of human resource management systems and processes to enhance the company's core competitiveness.
4. Formulate and improve the job responsibilities, salary structure, and performance management system of each position.
5. Participate in the company's business management and major issue decision-making, and provide suggestions and opinions on human resource strategy, planning, organizational construction, etc. to the company's management decision-makers.
6. Be good at identifying and selecting various types of senior talents, provide suggestions on human resource strategy, organizational construction and other aspects to the company's senior decision makers, and strive to improve the company's comprehensive management level.
7. Internal management of the department to ensure the implementation of human resource systems and policies in the company and improve its operational capabilities.
8. Use the professional knowledge and related technologies of various modules of human resources to comprehensively guide the solution of problems in various human resource businesses and promote implementation.
9. Build a complete talent echelon and career system, provide suggestions on business management, human resource allocation, organizational construction and other aspects to the management level, control human resource costs, and improve organizational effectiveness.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources management;
2. Human resources level 2 certificate or above;
3. More than five years of experience as human resources director;
4. Have rich theoretical foundation and practical experience, familiar with relevant labor and personnel policies, relevant labor laws and regulations;
5. Have good language and writing skills, good analysis and problem-solving skills;
6. Be able to communicate fluently in English, age: 35-45 years old.
